Representatives from FrankfurtRheinMain are travelling to Mumbai and Goa / focus on film and pharmaceutical industries
Frankfurt am Main, November 2011. A delegation of experts from film and pharmaceutical industries will be in India from November 21 – 25, 2011 to promote the FrankfurtRheinMain region as an attractive business location.
During the trip, the FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH International Marketing of the Region will be organising investment seminars led by experts in Mumbai and Goa.

India has experienced rapid economic growth in recent years. FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH International Marketing of the Region will join this year's China Overseas Investment Fair and, in co-operation with the China Industrial Overseas Development & Planning Association plus seven German partners, will host a seminar for Chinese enterprises interested in investing in Germany. The partners include: the accounting firm BDO AG, Deutsche Boerse AG, Ernst & Young GmbH, Germany Trade and Investment, Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen, Hessen Agentur GmbH and the law firm Taylor Wessing.

Frankfurt am Main, 17.02.2011. The financial year 2010 was an overall success for FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH International Marketing of the Region. The regional site marketing company contacted some 7,140 companies in the course of a total of 84 presentations in the target regions (trips by delegations, site seminars, road shows, trade fairs, conferences). Advertisements in various publications and trade magazines allowed FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH to again reach more than 1.5 million people, while about 4 million contacts were generated via the internet. The company has therefore successfully represented and positioned FrankfurtRhineMain as a centre of business. Positive outcome: The marketing company was able to generate 328 leads, and in-depth discussions about possible settlement were held with 47 companies. Added to which, FrankfurtRheinMain GmbH helped 40 companies to settle in the region last year, compared with 31 companies in 2009.
