Make-your-own-decoration parties conquer the European market – Stampin’ Up! in FrankfurtRheinMain

It is just one year since the business opened in November 2007, but the business model of the US-American stamp manufacturer is already repeating its success story in Germany and Europe. More than 900 so-called demonstrators are already selling the rubber stamp sets and matching accessories for home decor, greeting cards, crafts projects and scrapbooks to creative enthusiasts across Germany, France and Great Britain. Around the world, the demonstrators number more than 50,000. These sales consultants host make-your-own-decoration parties to demonstrate how to be creative and make individual thank-you cards, gift wrappings or decoration materials.

In its search for a location for its European activities, Stampin’ Up! opted for Frankfurt am Main. “Looking back, this was exactly the right decision. The team of currently 12 members of staff at the German and European headquarters coordinates the company’s activities in Germany, France and Great Britain from the base in Frankfurt. Native speakers in the call centre handle calls in their respective languages. Training programmes and communication measures are triggered from Frankfurt for all of Europe. The company despatches its products from Frankfurt to all other European countries.
