Responsibilities

• Supporting customer acquisition, customer care in FRM and maintaining contact with relevant ASEAN communities and multipliers in FRM.
• Liaison function between the newly initiated activities in Australia, Vietnam, Singapore and the head office in Frankfurt
• Conception and implementation of dates and events to address foreign companies in terms of content and organization
• Community maintenance at the FRM location (e.g. participation in networking events)
• Research, reporting (CRM system) and information gathering.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing or comparable qualifications. If you do not have the required degree, you have equivalent skills and knowledge based on your relevant work experience.
• Excellent English and very good written and spoken German
• Confident in IT & media (text and presentation processing, customer relationship management systems, social media, etc.)
• Knowledge of business culture in the ASEAN region an advantage
